Winter symbolizes a fresh new start. Just like a blank page on a notebook, waiting for ink. This is a time to reflect on the past year. How? By taking a step back to breathe. Put your pen down and close your eyes. Breathe in from your nose and out through your mouth. (Take a minute to do this before proceeding.)
Before writing anything down, lets take a walk down memory lane.
From a scale of one through five (one being the worst and five being the best), how would you rate this past year? What was your favorite part?
Now, what was the worst? Cringe. I know but we have to dig deep and be realistic with ourselves in order to create effective goals.
